Warranty Policy

1-Year Warranty (12 Months)
We stand behind the quality of the products we supply. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request warranty support.

Warranty period: 12 months
Coverage: defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Support: replacement, repair, or refund (case-by-case)


1) Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers functional defects caused by issues in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use.

Warranty support may include one of the following remedies (at our discretion):

  • Replacement of the same item (or an equivalent substitute if unavailable)

  • Repair (when feasible)

  • Refund (full or partial, depending on circumstances)


2) Warranty Period

The warranty period is twelve (12) months, starting from the delivery date (or the invoice date if delivery confirmation is not available).


3) What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Incorrect installation, misuse, or abuse

  • Improper wiring, incorrect voltage, or operating outside rated specifications

  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repairs by non-qualified personnel

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or surface scratches that do not affect function

  • Damage during handling after delivery, including improper storage or environmental exposure (e.g., moisture, dust, corrosive environments)

  • Consumable parts (e.g., filters, seals, belts) unless the item is proven defective on arrival

  • Items sold “as-is” or clearly marked as used/refurbished/surplus with stated condition limitations (if applicable)


4) Proof & Required Information

To process a warranty claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Order number (or invoice number)

  • Product model/part number

  • Quantity affected

  • Clear photos of product label/nameplate and packaging

  • Description of the issue (symptoms, error codes, operating conditions)

  • Video evidence (recommended for functional issues)

  • If available: serial number and installation details


5) How to Request Warranty Support (RMA Process)

To start a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us via Email / Contact Form and submit the information above.

  2. Our team will perform an initial review and may request additional details.

  3. If approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and return instructions.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected/tested (when applicable), we will confirm the resolution: replacement / repair / refund.

Important: Please do not return items without an RMA number. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused.


6) Inspection & Testing

All warranty claims may be subject to inspection and/or functional testing.

If testing shows the item is working within specifications or the issue is caused by an excluded reason (e.g., installation error, incorrect wiring), the claim may be denied. In such cases, return shipping and handling may apply.


7) Shipping Responsibility (Warranty Returns)

  • For DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases reported within 7 days of delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

  • For other warranty claims, shipping responsibilities may vary depending on the case, item type, and destination.

We will confirm shipping arrangements during the RMA process.


8) Time Limits for Reporting Issues

To help us resolve issues efficiently, please report:

  • Visible shipping damage: within 48 hours of delivery

  • DOA / non-functional on arrival: within 7 days of delivery

  • Other functional defects: within the 12-month warranty period


9) Compatibility & Application Notes

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their application and system requirements. We are happy to assist with part identification and compatibility checks when sufficient details are provided, but final application responsibility remains with the customer.
